    • Inventory:
      Although we do our best to keep sufficient supply goods on hand, shortages sometimes do occur. If a delay of over two weeks is expected, we will inform you. Please be sure and order early!
    • Guarantee:
      We guarantee all items that we sell. We promise all items to be correctly described and free of defects, but our sole liability is to accept the return of the merchandise and refund the purchase price. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising from the use of the merchandise or any other damages incurred.
    • Damaged Goods:
      It is the responsibility of the customer to originate claims for damage which occurred in transit. If a shipment arrives damaged, insist that the driver make a notation on the freight bill. If your order arrived by auto freight call the appropriate auto freight company to discuss damages. In some cases you may not be aware of concealed damages until after the driver leaves. Save the packing container and call the freight company as soon as damages are discovered. If your order arrived by U.P.S. and arrived damaged, call the U.P.S. office on their toll free phone at 1-800-742-5877. After contacting the delivering carrier, please also contact VECCHI'S SEASONINGS to inform us of the damages.
