VECCHI'S MEXICAN CHORIZO STYLE |

Our
chorizo blend is excellent
for making chorizo sausage. Mix 2 tablespoons of
Mexican Chorizo with 1 pound of ground pork and add 3
tablespoons of vinegar. If you want it hotter,
increase the amount of seasoning according to taste.
